Our flexible indoor + outdoor space handles everything from intimate showers to large receptions — with AV, wireless mics, WiFi, kitchen access, tables, chairs, and setup & teardown.
A 50% reservation deposit holds your date (non-refundable, applied to your rental). There's no separate security deposit — we simply trust guests to care for the space, and any excessive cleaning, damage, or policy violations are invoiced after your event. The balance is due 7 days before, and rescheduling is free with 14+ days notice. Nonprofits and military get 10% off.
